Mudit Garg of Silver Shine School, Ghaziabad studies in Class 6. With a penchant for model building and a keen interest in Electronics and Mechanics he is a budding builder. Of late he has been assembling models to demonstrate and explain seemingly complex movements in a simple manner for everyone to visualize and grasp easily.
His latest build is a hydraulic arm which uses only a few syringes and flexible PVC medical disposable tubing to move an assembly of an arm in all 3 dimensions. It clearly shows the movement of a JCB arm with the addition of a pair of claspers at the end.
The hydraulic arrangement uses water of different colors to easily identify the parts being used for the movement. The mechanical portion is exposed to sight for ease of understanding and it is clear that ordinary motors can be used at crucial joints to produce the same movements. Once assembled it can be easily mounted on a mobile platform and carry out the tasks assigned.
Such projects help in clearing concepts of students and inculcate in them a desire to learn and a curiosity to innovate.

वह आसानी से कल्पना और समझ पाने के लिए सरल तरीके से जटिल आंदोलनों को प्रदर्शित करने और समझाने के लिए मॉडल बना रहा है। उनकी नवीनतम बिल्ड हाइड्रोलिक आर्म है जो केवल कुछ सीरिंज और लचीले पीवीसी मेडिकल डिस्पोजेबल ट्यूबिंग का उपयोग करता है। यह सभी तीन आयामों में एक हाथ को आगे बढ़ाता है।
यह विस्थापन के लिए उपयोग किए जा रहे भागों की आसानी से पहचान करने के लिए विभिन्न रंगों के पानी का उपयोग करता है। यांत्रिक भाग को समझने में आसानी के लिए सामने लाया गया है और यह स्पष्ट है कि समान चालन के उत्पादन के लिए साधारण मोटरों का उपयोग महत्वपूर्ण जोड़ों पर किया जा सकता है। एक बार बना लेने के बाद इसे आसानी से मोबाइल प्लेटफॉर्म पर लगाया जा सकता है और सौंपे गए कार्यों को पूरा किया जा सकता है।
